Digital Designer

Synthesia Synthesia · Multimodal · London, United Kingdom · Commercial

Senior Digital Designer for an AI video platform, focusing on scaling design systems, frameworks, and visual architecture across the customer lifecycle. This role partners with commercial and product teams to embed design into sales, customer success, and onboarding motions, translating customer goals and commercial KPIs into design decisions. The designer will also set creative standards, mentor junior designers, and drive improvements in design tooling and operations, while staying informed about AI video innovations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be an owner of the visual architecture for the Solution Creative Design function — defining the template systems, motion frameworks, and brand-execution standards that scale across our customer base
  2. Design reusable libraries, modular components, and content systems that accelerate onboarding, pilots, and expansion for some of the world's largest enterprises
  3. Partner with Sales, CS & Solutions Consulting to embed creative output into commercial motions — from pilot delivery and onboarding through to QBRs and expansion plays
  4. Translate customer goals and commercial KPIs into design decisions; tie visual execution to measurable outcomes like activation rate, time-to-value, content velocity, and NRR
  5. Set and uphold the creative bar across the team's output - leading reviews, raising quality standards, and mentoring mid-level and junior designers as a craft and quality coach
