Digital District Coordinator (digital Performance Lead)

This role owns and leads the entire digital strategy for healthcare professionals (HCPs) not visited by sales reps, focusing on measurable prescription impact through digital channels. It involves designing and implementing digital engagement models, tracking performance outcomes, leading agencies, developing data analysis frameworks, optimizing expenses, and acting as the digital business owner to influence omnichannel strategy and future planning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and implement a fully digital engagement model for non-visited HCPs, delivering educational and promotional content to influence prescription behavior.
  2. Take ownership of performance outcomes across digital channels, tracking HCP acquisition, engagement, returning rates, journey progression, and incremental prescription impact.
  3. Lead and coordinate creative, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and content agencies, ensuring business objectives are translated into performance-driven execution.
  4. Develop and manage data analysis frameworks to identify links between digital engagement, journey depth, and prescription lift.
  5. Continuously optimize operational expenses (OPEX) and media allocation in real time, reallocating investment based on performance and return on investment (ROI).
