This role focuses on leveraging customer data (usage, support, campaign performance) to drive activation and adoption within scaled accounts. It involves building dashboards, reporting frameworks, designing targeted activation plays, refining customer segmentation, and partnering cross-functionally to improve strategies and surface friction points. The goal is to own measurement for scaled activation programs and identify areas for future investment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Turning customer data (usage, support, campaign performance) into clear insights that drive activation and adoption across our 20k scaled accounts.
  2. Building dashboards and reporting frameworks that make performance trends actionable for stakeholders.
  3. Designing targeted activation plays for high-priority segments to unlock growth opportunities.
  4. Refining customer segmentation to enable personalized, high-impact outreach strategies.
  5. Partnering cross-functionally (e.g. CHT, regional leads, Product) to surface friction points and align on strategic improvements.

Skills

Required

  • advanced Excel/Sheets
  • experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Mode)
