This role is responsible for managing client documentation lifecycle within JPMorgan Chase's Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Key responsibilities include validating documents, indexing them into repositories, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to firm guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role involves process improvement and operational support for audits and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Monitor the incoming requests and queries from various stakeholders.
  2. Validate the document based on Firm’s guidelines, such as signature verification and client call back.
  3. Review existing document available that can be leveraged to support the validation, including reference to public available information platform to confirm the authorized signers where applicable.
  4. Index document into approved Firm’s repositories according to SOP to ensure the accuracy of metadata tagging.
  5. Understand processes in details and actively challenge status quo.
