Digital Employee Experience Analyst

This role focuses on leveraging Nexthink and experience analytics to improve the digital employee experience within an enterprise. The analyst will administer the Nexthink platform, analyze telemetry data to identify trends and root causes of friction, and partner with various teams to implement user-focused solutions. The goal is to enhance how employees interact with technology, devices, and support systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Administer Nexthink modules, dashboards, campaigns, investigations, and automated remediations.
  2. Build experience scorecards aligned to organizational priorities.
  3. Create visualizations, alerts, and reports that translate telemetry into actionable insights.
  4. Analyze performance, stability, sentiment, and behavior patterns to identify trends and root causes.
  5. Translate complex technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and engineering teams.
