Digital Growth Manager, Generalist

Verkada is seeking a Digital Growth Manager to join their marketing team. This role will own digital campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and will be responsible for building and scaling the company's digital growth engine. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a technical approach to campaigns, and strong quantitative and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own digital campaigns end-to-end — from identifying the opportunity and writing the brief to running the channels and reporting on outcomes. You don't hand off the strategy work; you do it AND ship it.
  2. Interview sales leaders, PMMs, and product managers to understand buying dynamics, persona pain points, and messaging opportunities. Translate what you learn into campaigns that resonate with specific personas and verticals.
  3. Build and run programs across the funnel — top-of-funnel brand campaigns, mid-funnel nurture, and bottom-of-funnel conversion plays. You care about what happens after the click, not just before it.
  4. Hands-on management of paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels. You'll partner with our digital specialists to test, learn, and scale what's working.
  5. Act as a rapid-response growth operator. When a sales segment or product line is missing pipeline, you'll embed with the team, research the landscape, and build a digital solution to bridge the gap.

Skills

Required

  • 4-year undergraduate degree from a top university
  • 3–5 years of total work experience, with at least one role that included real ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative
  • Experience in B2B SaaS company PMM, early-stage startup GTM ownership, or Product Manager transitioning into growth
  • Ability to interview stakeholders, synthesize insights, build campaign theses, and execute campaigns
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and performance dashboards
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with at least one paid channel (SEM, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Willingness to learn the technical "plumbing" of our stack
