Skills

Required

  • Strong experience leading low-voltage infrastructure, cabling, controls, BMS, EPMS, telecom, or digital infrastructure delivery in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction environments
  • Deep understanding of structured cabling, fiber deployment, pathway coordination, telecom systems, and network infrastructure readiness
  • Experience with BMS/EPMS integration, controls platforms, OT systems, and systems interoperability
  • Knowledge of functional testing, sequence validation, commissioning support, startup readiness, and operational turnover
  • Ability to coordinate across construction, commissioning, IT, vendors, controls teams, and operations stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of integration risk management, defect resolution, and startup recovery planning
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, controls documents, pathway plans, testing records, and turnover packages
  • Strong leadership, communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to drive accountability across vendors, contractors, and project teams
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, reliability, operational readiness, and execution discipline
