Gong is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Social to scale paid social programs across LinkedIn and Meta. This role drives inbound growth, captures new leads, generates pipeline, and accelerates deal velocity. The ideal candidate is a seasoned paid social expert with deep platform expertise and a proven track record of building and executing large-scale, segment-level campaigns.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own paid social strategy across LinkedIn and Meta, setting clear objectives, segmentation, and full-funnel approach aligned to topline growth goals
  2. Guide agency partners on campaign structure, experimentation roadmaps, messaging, creative direction, and stage-based offers
  3. Work closely with segment teams to turn account and expansion strategies into targeted paid social campaigns. Partner on audience targeting, messaging, and campaign execution to engage high-value prospects and customers.
  4. Design and lead test-and-learn programs across audiences, funnel stages, and creative frameworks; synthesize learnings into clear recommendations
  5. Own reporting and analytics for paid social, including pipeline contribution, conversion velocity, ROAS, and stage-level performance

Skills

Required

  • 5–8 years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Ability to tailor strategies, goals, and investment approaches by business segment
  • Experience owning reporting and measurement, using performance data to inform strategy, experimentation, and investment decisions
  • Ability to work effectively with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Working proficiency with account-based, marketing, and analytics platforms, including Demandbase or 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
