Product Manager (VP) to lead the build-out of a CRM product within Digital Markets at JPMorgan Chase. The role involves defining and delivering CRM solutions to support digital market sales, including architecting workflows for sales productivity, client engagement, and operational efficiency. What you'd actually do

  4. Champion intuitive, user-centric design that simplifies complex sales processes and enhances productivity for front-office teams.
  5. Establish feedback loops with users to identify pain points, prioritize enhancements, and drive ongoing optimization of CRM workflows.
  6. Incorporate AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline repetitive tasks, surface opportunities, and deliver predictive insights that support proactive sales strategies.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • In-depth understanding of the Markets business.
  • Strong technical abilities, with experience in defining and delivering core platform components.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to product development.
