Digital Media Senior Analyst

This role is for a Digital Media Senior Analyst at Verizon, responsible for managing end-to-end programmatic and paid social media billing and invoice reconciliation. The analyst will work with the Finance Operations team to ensure accurate and timely billing, support cross-channel digital media execution and reporting, and maintain financial records. Key responsibilities include inputting media buys, reconciling invoices, and partnering with media teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leading the input of digital media buys into the billing system.
  2. Supporting reconciliation of media buys against invoices and internal systems.
  3. Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Programmatic, Social, and Search media teams.
  4. Develop and maintain an organized system for financial records and reporting.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Experience with analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in self-serve programmatic channels (display, video, social, dOOH, audio, native).
  • Marketer/agency/consultative services experience in paid media strategy & investment.
  • Experience maintaining strong relationships with vendors to address billing inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • A degree in marketing or related field.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in programmatic and/or paid social media.
  • Fluent in data-driven targeting and reach strategy.
  • “Hands-on-keyboard” experience with primary buying platforms & formats (Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest).
  • Skilled at pulling reports and analyzing data for trends.
  • Experience with media buying and media accounting solutions (HudsonMX, Prisma).
  • Familiarity with insertion order processes (terms and conditions, payment terms, IAB, etc.).
  • Experience with ad servers and trafficking (Campaign Manager, Innovid).
  • Familiarity with site analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA360).
