Databricks is seeking a Digital Native Account Executive in Seoul, Korea, to acquire and grow focus customers by selling their Unified Analytics Platform. This sales role involves prospecting, engaging decision makers, driving pipeline and revenue targets, and working with partners. The ideal candidate has proven success in Enterprise Sales, particularly in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology, with a strong understanding of articulating complex technologies and their business value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evangelize Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform powered by Spark and launch the Databricks brand in Enterprise Accounts across all industries
  2. Prospect, identify and source new sales opportunities, building pipeline individually and with the Databricks SDR team
  3. Engage with business and technical decision makers and lead them through the evaluation and buying process
  4. Exceed individual activity, pipeline and annual revenue targets
  5. Engage with and drive business through local partners (technology partners, ISVs, SIs and GSIs)

  • Proven success in Enterprise Sales roles
  • Demonstrable experience of selling innovation
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach
  • Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer
  • Proven success and upward trajectory
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years of full sales cycle experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers
