Digital Operations Support Analyst

This role provides support and problem resolution for specific products, assisting clients with implementation, training, and troubleshooting technical issues. It requires knowledge of customer support, software product technical aspects, release management, reliability, and performance tuning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assists clients with implementing new products, new releases and software upgrades. Responds to inquiries and requests from clients.
  2. Trains customers in product operation and maintenance.
  3. Participates in analysis of client identified issues or problems which may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation.
  4. Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves common technical problems. Escalates as per procedures.
