Digital Product Lead - AI & Agentic Transformation

OutSystems OutSystems · Enterprise · NL, Portugal · Remote

Product Lead role focused on owning and shipping AI agents for Sales and Marketing teams. This role involves defining the product roadmap, managing the backlog, making build vs. buy decisions, and leading a team of engineers. The agents are in production and used daily, indicating a scaling AI maturity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own products end-to-end: From problem discovery to launch to adoption. You translate business problems into product decisions, prioritize ruthlessly, and measure success by adoption and outcomes - not delivery dates.
  2. Co-lead with the business: Every product here has two leaders - you on the product and technical side, a business counterpart on the outcomes side. You decide together, present together, and neither signs off alone. This partnership is the engine of the role: invest in it.
  3. Partner closely with UX: Design is embedded in how we build, not a handoff. You will work with UX from research through delivery - shaping how people experience AI in their daily work is half the product.
  4. Lead the team: Engineers report to you. Set clear expectations, give honest feedback, grow their autonomy, and keep the delivery rhythm sharp.
  5. Ship responsibly: You make sure what we build is scalable, secure and compliant by design - partnering with Architecture, Legal and Privacy as part of shipping, not as an afterthought.
  6. Shape the AI agents: You help build the prompts, the logic, and the data behind the agent, and you weigh in on model selection, orchestration, grounding, and token cost.

  • Strong product craft: discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, and the discipline to say no
  • Sharp stakeholder skills: you can align Sales leadership, a designer and an engineer in the same week, and communicate clearly in English at every level

  • Comfortable with ambiguity: priorities shift, and you re-plan without drama

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools and agent frameworks
  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (CRM, revenue operations)
  • GTM understanding: you know how Sales reps work, or you can learn it fast, and you care about the daily reality of the people using what you build.
  • Experience in B2B software
