Job Description: Digital Product Owner
We are looking for highly competent Product Owner to join our team to help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects.
This position requires extensive experience in Story Creation, Agile Methodology & ceremonies, work allocation/tracking and working with product owners and Leads. Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience.
** Key Role/Responsibilities: **
- Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement
- Performing requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for development team
- Conducting requirement grooming meetings and to share business needs and system requirements with the development team
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Serving as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst and development team users
- Ability to break down large functional requirements into manageable chunks
- Ability to clearly call out the definition of done and acceptance criteria
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and unblocking the resources.
- Managing competing resources, dependencies and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Gather metrics, conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements
**Required Skills: **
Experience in working or managing cloud based web application development
Excellent documentation skills.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams)
Knowledge in SQL queries
Experience developing applications with Agile team methodologies preferred.
Familiarity with Estimation models
