This role is for a Digital Project Consultant at Workday, an AI platform company. The consultant will lead the end-to-end implementation of Paradox Career Sites, including the AI Assistant 'Olivia', manage integrations with Workday Recruiting, and optimize career sites to reduce time-to-hire. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, technical specification, testing, and project management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Paradox Career Sites, including the deployment of Olivia (AI Assistant).
  2. Manage the integration points between Paradox and Workday Recruiting to ensure real-time data synchronization and status updates.
  3. Partner with customers to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for career site content branding, user flows, and interactive components.
  4. Audit existing career site recruitment sites to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions within Paradox to reduce time-to-hire.
  5. Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to ensure all integrations and career site functionalities perform across all devices and browsers.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management or functional consulting
