Digital Sales Representative

Visa is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to manage relationships with longtail Tier 3 accounts, driving sales and upsells across all Visa products and solutions through virtual engagement. The role involves managing current accounts, identifying new opportunities, maintaining account plans, forecasting sales, and collaborating with the digital sales team on new business strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  2. Manages current accounts, identifies new account opportunities, maintains account plans, creates presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
  3. Forecasts sales and has knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
  4. Participate in client communications, and develops and delivers client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
  5. Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.

Skills

Required

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Prior experience in a full-cycle sales role, or related field with a focus on direct client sales
  • Strong ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely

Nice to have

  • Strong proficiency in a second language (Spanish) highly preferred
  • Knowledge of the payments industry preferred Portugues & English (Spanish a plus)
