Digital Sales Representative (dutch/german/arabic/french)

What you'd actually do

  1. Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily through chat and email.
  2. Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
  3. Become an expert on Zendesk products
  4. Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
  5. Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
