This role focuses on selling Microsoft's AI Business Solutions, including Copilot and Copilot Studio, to enterprise customers. The primary responsibility is to drive AI transformation deals through consultative selling, building business cases, and accelerating adoption. It involves engaging with business decision makers, partnering with internal teams, and maintaining account plans to achieve sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively.
  3. Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives.
  4. Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities.
  5. Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, and/or up to 2 years experience in technology sales, consulting, customer success, or account management.
