The Digital Services & Solutions Manager for Surgery Spain is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for digital solutions and service offerings that enhance customer value, accelerate portfolio adoption, and support sustainable business growth. This role connects commercial priorities, customer needs, and digital capabilities to develop scalable solutions that improve clinical, operational, and economic outcomes for healthcare providers. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Global and EMEA digital teams, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of digital services across the Surgery business in Spain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the digital services and solutions strategy for Surgery Spain, aligned with business priorities, customer needs, and portfolio growth objectives.
  2. Identify, prioritize, and localize digital solutions and service opportunities that address hospital workflow challenges, customer engagement needs, and value-based care expectations.
  3. Lead the deployment and adoption of digital platforms, service models, and connected solutions in partnership with commercial teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Accounts, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Legal, and Compliance to ensure digital initiatives are relevant, scalable, and fully compliant.
  5. Act as the local business owner for digital service implementation, managing launch plans, stakeholder engagement, change management, and customer adoption to maximize impact.
