This role supports Adobe's Digital Strategy Group by advising enterprise retail customers on digital transformation and customer-experience strategies, with a focus on identifying and quantifying the business impact of Generative AI and agentic use cases. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop executive-level recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps that integrate AI into customer journeys and operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting customers in identifying and prioritizing GenAI and agentic use cases—such as personalized content generation, intelligent next-best-action orchestration, AI-assisted service workflows, and automated, brand-safe content operations
  2. Contributing to business cases and value models that quantify the impact of AI-driven productivity, faster time-to-market, improved conversion, and reduced operational cost.
  3. Developing executive narratives and roadmaps that integrate data platforms, content supply chains, and AI orchestration into a cohesive, scalable operating model.
  4. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to define Adobe’s perspective on impactful industry experiences by working with deep subject matter specialists, informing product strategy, and authoring thought leadership assets to drive demand generation and field enablement.

Skills

Required

  • 2-3 years of management/technology consulting, industry (retail), or digital agency experience, preferably in digital strategy
  • Interest in business strategy, technology, or experience design
  • Foundational understanding of Generative and Agentic AI concepts, including large language models, AI-assisted content generation, and intelligent automation, and how these capabilities apply to marketing, servicing, and operations
  • Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into business use cases, experience improvements, and operational efficiencies rather than purely technical features
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree with outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly
