Provide Worldwide support for the Cat Digital portfolio, acting as a Telematics Product expert. Responsibilities include triaging and troubleshooting hardware failures, collaborating with quality service engineers for product improvements, managing customer requests according to service level agreements, and providing technical input to support teams. Requires at least 4 years of experience in Technical Support and exposure to enterprise environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serves as a Telematics Product expert / Subject Matter Expert. Stay current with all digital products and applications.
  2. Basic triage, Troubleshooting, and analysis of Hardware failures, etc.
  3. Communicate with Quality Service Engineers to drive continuous product improvements.
  4. Tactical – Timely resolution and follow-up with customer & dealers
  5. Resolution of commitments – formally document issues and provide follow-up on the resolution process with dealers, customers and appropriate internal teams.
