Provide technical support for Caterpillar's digital portfolio, focusing on telematics products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, collaborating with engineering teams for product improvement, and managing customer and dealer requests according to service level agreements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serves as a Telematics Product expert / Subject Matter Expert. Stay current with all digital products and applications.
  2. Collaborate with other CCS Tier 2 team members to identify product issues
  3. Basic triage, Troubleshooting, and analysis of Hardware failures, etc.
  4. Communicate with Quality Service Engineers to drive continuous product improvements.
  5. Tactical – Timely resolution and follow-up with customer & dealers
