Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years in project management roles in a related field
  • at least 5 years in a MedTech leadership role
  • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in product development processes
  • Minimum of 5 years in directing and leading cross-functional teams
  • in-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and external standards
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Proven experience in ecosystem Project management including design and implementation of project management software and tools
  • Consistent record of leading large-scale projects and teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record to influence across organizational boundaries

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable
  • Fluency with generative AI tools
