This role is for a Direct Sales Agent Specialist focused on selling auto insurance and related products. The primary responsibilities include driving new business sales, building customer rapport, retaining clients, and cross-selling existing customers. The role involves both in-office and external marketing efforts, community engagement, and achieving sales goals in a performance-driven environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives new business sales and understands customers’ needs to build rapport and trust.
  2. Builds and retains their book of business within the market / retail location.
  3. Attracts and generates new customers and cross-sells existing customers, in support of our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.
  4. Sells to walk-in customers, markets products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits creating community relationships to promote continued growth and assists customers in the office.
  5. Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross sell / retention of customers.
