Direct Sales Agent Specialist (2859)

This role is for a Direct Sales Agent Specialist focused on selling insurance products. The primary responsibilities include driving new business sales, understanding customer needs, building rapport, cross-selling, and marketing products both in-office and externally. The role requires sales experience and potentially P&C licensing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives new business sales and builds and retains their book of business within the market / retail location.
  2. Attracts and generates new customers and cross-sells existing customers, in support of our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.
  3. Sells to walk-in customers, markets products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits creating community relationships to promote continued growth and assists customers in the office.
  4. Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products.
  5. Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross sell / retention of customers.
