This role is for a Direct Sales Agent Specialist focused on selling insurance products, including auto, life, and accident/health. The primary responsibilities involve driving new business sales, retaining customers, cross-selling existing customers, and building community relationships to promote growth. It is a performance-driven role with base compensation plus uncapped incentive pay.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drives new business sales and builds and retains their book of business within the market / retail location.
  2. Attracts and generates new customers and cross-sells existing customers, in support of our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.
  3. Sells to walk-in customers, markets products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits creating community relationships to promote continued growth and assists customers in the office.
  4. Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline, as well as an active physical presence in your own community to build multiple centers of influence/referral sources (car dealerships, local events, community organizations, etc.).
  5. Initiate outbound calling to established target customer base for Product offerings.
