Strategic Account Executive for Healthcare at Microsoft, focusing on driving digital transformation with an emphasis on security, AI, and Copilot. Responsible for managing strategic client accounts, developing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve sales targets and business outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manages the development and implementation of a mature and dynamic multi-year customer account plan based on proven methodologies to manage a sustainable, long-term business portfolio. Leads strategies for the assigned account to generate high sales volumes and create new opportunities for Microsoft and its partners, in line with objectives, budgets, and forecasts.
  2. Proactively solicits feedback on additional needs, products, and features to develop targeted strategies for customers. Demonstrates a strong understanding of the customer's business model to identify and present growth opportunities, leveraging industry expertise to shape the ecosystem. Influences relevant stakeholders and resources, both internal and external, to drive change for the benefit of the customer, enhance team capabilities, improve Microsoft offerings, and tailor Microsoft's messaging to the assigned account.
  3. Leads efforts with key internal and external partners, including vertical industry partners and technical decision-makers, to develop, share, and promote customized, mutually beneficial, and long-term account plans aimed at increasing sales and partner impact. Collaborates across the organization and with partners in discussions to influence the broader ecosystem (e.g., adoption of regulatory frameworks).
  4. Proactively develops a strategic network of partners and key decision-makers, both internal and external, including vertical industry partners, to ensure the execution of core activities and account-related transactions, and to deliver a comprehensive account management experience.
  5. Orchestrates the execution of strategies for the assigned account to ensure that engagements generate high-volume sales, increase revenue potential, and open new opportunities for Microsoft and its partners, in line with objectives, budgets, and forecasts. Leads and coordinates a diverse team (e.g., industry experts) in executing plans (prioritization, delegation) and ensures accountability to deliver account plans and grow the account, leveraging deep industry expertise.
