Director of Support & Training Integration for the Sentinel product support portfolio, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle from engineering design through sustainment. Leads a multidisciplinary IPT focused on training, maintenance, supply support, technical data, and support equipment planning. Drives cost, schedule, and technical performance while managing customer relationships and program requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute sustainment strategies for system longevity
  2. Develop the long‑term vision for technical scope that captures system lifecycle and upgrade paths
  3. Influencing product requirements and technical designs for supportability
  4. Assisting the government customer in refining their product support requirements
  5. Planning for the deployment and sustainment of the Sentinel weapon system

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years, or Master’s and 8 years, experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries.
  • Experience managing people
  • 3+ years leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager.
  • Proven leadership of engineering cross-functional teams within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
  • An active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
