Director of National Accounts responsible for developing strategy and managing large commercial accounts in sectors like retail, healthcare, and higher education. This role involves leading a team of account managers, overseeing sales activities, and defining new products and services.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops an annual operating budget for Product Sales.
  2. Leads process improvement initiatives including ensuring appropriate tools are available to assist with sales activities and action steps to follow in the sales campaign.
  3. Leads training standards and certifications. Works with team to ensure excellence with every customer contact. Leads performance and development of National Account Team.
  4. Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace by conducting benchmarking activities.
  5. Leads successful implementation of advertising and promotional activities. Oversees all sales activities to ensure the success of the Company's product sales campaign.
