Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of 3PL Partner Management to lead the Logistics Partner Management capability within their MedTech Transformation function. This role involves defining and governing the end-to-end partner management model, including standards, engagement frameworks, performance management, and hypercare approaches, ensuring alignment with an asset-light operating model and transformation objectives. The position requires establishing global governance structures, overseeing partner performance, driving issue resolution, and collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Logistics Partner Management capability within the Transformation function, ensuring alignment of priorities, activities, and outputs with transformation objectives
  2. Define and govern the end-to-end 3PL partner management model, including standards, engagement frameworks, performance management, and hypercare approaches
  3. Establish global governance structures and interaction models between J&J and 3PL partners, ensuring consistency across regions and partner types
  4. Ensure alignment between operational standards, contractual frameworks, and partner execution, in close collaboration with Procurement and Legal teams
  5. Oversee deployment of partner management capabilities across regions, ensuring adoption of standardized approaches and consistency in execution
