What you'd actually do

  1. responsible for maintaining and strengthening key global client relationships.
  2. will work on growing assigned accounts by identifying new business opportunities and upselling or cross-selling products or services.
  3. lead contract negotiations as appropriate, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and meet both the clients' and the company's needs.
  4. play a crucial role in client retention by ensuring clients are satisfied with the services they receive and resolving any issues that may arise.
  5. The account executive will track progress, analyse performance, and inform future strategies.

Skills

Required

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 7+ year of industry related experience, with ideally at least 3 years of experience in transaction banking, business strategy, management consulting and/or account management
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, and B2B solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex global relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
