Salesforce is seeking a Director, Agentic Leadership Growth & Succession to define and execute the enterprise strategy for leadership readiness and succession acceleration. This role will leverage talent intelligence and AI-enabled tools to identify leadership opportunities and risks, improve internal mobility, and scale personalized development experiences. The goal is to build bench strength, reduce succession risk, and strengthen organizational capability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evolve Salesforce's enterprise strategy for leadership readiness and succession acceleration, translating talent review, workforce planning, and business strategy insights into targeted leadership growth investments across Director through executive populations.
  2. Own and scale the enterprise leadership acceleration portfolio, including rotational programs, strategic stretch assignments, and mobility mechanisms that connect high-potential and successor talent to experiences that increase scope, complexity, and enterprise exposure.
  3. Leverage talent intelligence, succession analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify future leadership opportunities and risks, improve internal mobility, and scale personalized in-flow development experiences aligned to succession priorities.
  4. Define and own success metrics tied to leadership readiness, succession health, retention, and bench strength - partnering with Workforce Planning and Talent teams to anticipate future capability requirements and inform executive talent decisions.
