  3. Serve as the primary media strategy lead, aligning diverse collaborators and crafting shared clarity across teams.
  4. Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and performance marketing efforts that drive faster pipeline and revenue expansion.
  5. Define important metrics and measurement frameworks that demonstrate media impact and encourage ongoing improvement.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience directing B2B media strategy
  • 15+ years in paid media planning and execution across digital channels
  • Proven success building and optimizing high-impact B2B media programs at scale
  • Extensive knowledge in ABM, digital media, programmatic strategy, and performance marketing
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaborator management skills
