Director of Global Strategic Marketing for the BIOPATCH™ brand within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Surgery business. This role involves end-to-end global leadership for the brand, including innovation pipeline, expansion strategy, supply, and commercial performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing brand strategy, partnering with regional marketing, leading product development through the new product process, and managing financial targets and partnerships. The role requires strong cross-functional influencing skills and experience in marketing and sales within the healthcare/medical device industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end brand strategy, including segmentation, positioning, pricing strategy, claims, and lifecycle management.
  2. Partner with Regional Marketing to ensure strong global implementation of brand strategies and ongoing program execution.
  3. Serve as a key member of the project leadership team, driving clinical objectives while balancing schedule and resourcing. Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Regional Marketing, Finance, GSI, and key customers to plan, coordinate, and sequence product launches and line extensions.
  4. Provide commercial leadership to advance product concepts through the new product development process, including voice-of-customer insights, business plan development, target product profiles, and launch excellence.
  5. Own delivery of financial targets within specified budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with applicable country and regional requirements, as well as company regulations, policies, and procedures.
