Director of Brand Marketing and Content for Capital One Auto, responsible for defining brand positioning, overseeing product marketing campaigns, and managing a team to drive business growth through integrated marketing strategies across direct-to-consumer channels.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop & Execute Brand Strategy: Lead the brand vision, positioning, and messaging, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  2. Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Oversee cross-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement across direct-to-consumer touchpoints (email, direct mail, display, SEM, etc.).
  3. Strengthen Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
  4. Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with product, analysts, design and customer service teams to ensure the brand experience is seamless, engaging, and customer-focused.
  5. Leverage Data & Insights: Use analytics and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
