Director of Business Development for Electronic Warfare (EW) Special Programs Portfolio at Anduril, a defense technology company. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
  2. Grow existing business, generate new opportunities, and capture new business.
  3. Write and Coordinate Technical Proposals.
  4. Support existing Programs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with Department of Defense program offices and relevant stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partners.

  • Special Access Programs experience
  • Electromagnetic warfare experience
  • Bid and proposal process familiarity
  • Acquisition, program management, business development, mission operations, systems architecture, or capture experience
  • Defense technology development and deployment experience
  • Relationship building with DoD and Intelligence Community stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 25% or more
  • Comfortable working in a SAPF / SCIF environment
  • Active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP eligibility

What the JD emphasized

  • Extensive experience with Special Access Programs through government or military service, work with FFRDCs or UARCs, or as an industry representative.
  • Experience with electromagnetic warfare, signals intelligence, technical intelligence, and/or special operations.
  • Deep familiarity with the bid and proposal process.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant acquisition, program management, business development, mission operations, systems architecture, and/or capture experience in government and/or private sector in defense technology.
  • Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of developing, deploying, and sustaining complex technologies, software, and hardware for defense applications.
  • Ability to identify, establish, and leverage key relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP eligibility.
