Director to lead global Business Ethics and Integrity group, shaping a world-class ethics and compliance program. Focus on building and scaling programs, leading teams, and working cross-functionally to maintain integrity, operate compliance programs at scale, and manage risk. Will drive innovation using AI and other technologies in program design and execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and continuously evolve a global program aligned to regulatory expectations, company strategy and enterprise risk priorities.
  2. Manage global anti-corruption and third-party compliance programs including program design, operations, advice, M&A due diligence and integrations, and risk-based monitoring.
  3. Collaborate with legal and business colleagues to ensure compliance with public sector laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement scalable training and awareness efforts aligned to Adobe's core values, business risk, and legal/regulatory requirements. Establish metrics and analytics to identify program effectiveness, gaps and emerging risk trends.
  5. Build and mature compliance risk assessment processes, strengthen controls and monitoring systems in partnership with cross-functional teams.
