Director of Business Strategy for the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) at AT&T, focusing on leading strategic initiatives for the Business Support Systems Evolution (BSSe) program. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives and business plans for the BSSe program, aligning with AT&T’s broader goals
  2. Manage technical and product interdependencies across multiple programs, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution
  3. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analyses to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
  4. Build and interpret financial models and forecasts to support data-driven decision making
  5. Partner with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams to drive alignment and deliver program milestones

  • Advanced proficiency in strategic planning, initiative development, and business model innovation
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs and technical interdependencies
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret income statements and balance sheets
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis in dynamic industries
  • Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations to executive audiences
  • Solid understanding of transaction support and competitive intelligence in large-scale organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
  • 10+ years of related experience in strategy, transformation, or similar business leadership roles
