Director of Business Systems responsible for the strategy, architecture, and execution of core platforms (Finance, GTM, Operations, People) at a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company. This role involves connecting business process design with enterprise SaaS, data integration, and automation, including AI-enabled workflows, to reduce manual work and improve decision-making. Key responsibilities include roadmap development, system implementation, integration architecture, enabling AI-assisted internal workflows, ensuring operational rigor, security, and compliance, vendor management, and team leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Armada’s enterprise application ecosystem (e.g., ERP/Finance, CRM & GTM stack, HRIS, and adjacent tools for billing, procurement, support, and business operations).
  2. Define and govern how systems connect—APIs, iPaaS, middleware, data warehouse/lakehouse patterns, and master data management.
  3. Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work with automation (workflows, orchestration, document processing, approvals, self-service).
  4. Establish the operating model: intake, prioritization, documentation standards, testing, release/change management, training, and post-launch support.
  5. Build and lead a high-impact Business Systems team.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or related roles
  • Owning and scaling core systems across multiple functions (Finance, GTM, People, Operations)
  • Hands-on understanding of enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP/Finance, HRIS/ATS)
  • Delivering cross-functional programs (implementations, integrations, process redesign, adoption)
  • Integration and data fluency (APIs, iPaaS, data quality, reporting)
  • Change management
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management

  • Supporting complex operational workflows (inventory, supply chain, procurement, asset lifecycle)
  • GTM tooling (CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement)
  • Revenue workflows and controls
