Meta is seeking an AI-native media leader to join their Global Media Team. This role will focus on developing people, processes, and tools to increase campaign effectiveness and improve execution. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of programmatic and data-driven media, experience demonstrating media effectiveness, and a proven track record of team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The role involves understanding and optimizing channel effectiveness, creating quality improvements, partnering to innovate ad products, and influencing tool and analytics roadmaps. The candidate will embrace AI to drive execution, collaborate with leadership, and establish operational excellence. Responsibilities include assessing and improving channel/campaign effectiveness, defining KPIs, overseeing analytics, developing product/process improvements, establishing workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation and AI-powered tools. The role also involves assessing and implementing AI media solutions, driving adoption of new technologies, and monitoring industry innovations. Partnerships with Measurement, MarTech, Data Engineering, Creative, and Insights & Analytics teams are crucial, as is managing external vendors and agency partners. Team leadership and development are also key components, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Campaign Effectiveness: Lead the team responsible for assessing and improving channel and campaign effectiveness, developing frameworks to optimize performance across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels.
  2. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and efficiency; drive channel-level impact over time.
  3. Oversee campaign level analytics and optimization approach with brand campaigns, including structured test-and-learn programs.
  4. Establish standardized workflows, templates, and quality control frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
  5. Identify opportunities and oversee the build of automation and AI-powered tools and capabilities to increase results.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of media experience within marketing/advertising organizations
  • 7+ years of management experience, including managing people managers
  • Leadership experience at a media company or agency
  • Experience overseeing marketing at global scale across a portfolio of products
  • Performance marketing and digital media expertise
  • Expertise with MarTech and executing programmatic campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience translating data into strategic decisions
  • Applied knowledge of industry trends in media, tracking, analytics, and research
  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional partners
  • Bachelor's degree
