Lead the development and strategy of OpenAI's certification initiative, defining how practical AI capability is measured and recognized through product integration, aiming to scale a credible system to millions of learners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the development of OpenAI’s certification system as a company-wide initiative.
  2. Develop frameworks for evaluating practical AI capability using OpenAI products.
  3. Partner closely with product teams to ensure certification systems integrate with OpenAI’s platform and learning tools.
  4. Design a program architecture capable of reaching millions of learners while maintaining credibility and signal value.
  5. Operate across Product, GTM, Customer Education, and Partnerships to align strategy and execution.
