This role is for a Director of Client Development within Capital One Ad Solutions, focusing on affiliate marketing. The individual will partner with merchants to help them succeed using Capital One Ad Solution's products, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns. The role requires a sales leader with experience in product, data, sales, and strategic account management, with a focus on building and managing enterprise client relationships and leveraging data for optimization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with key external stakeholders including C-suite level contacts to help grow and cultivate Capital One Shopping
  2. Integrate Capital One Ad Solution’s products and services with our merchant partners
  3. Leverage data and analytical methodologies to optimize and grow your book of business
  4. Teach, support, and train agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders on Capital One Ad Solutions
  5. Work with Product, Revenue Management, and other key stakeholders to help drive our business
