Visa is seeking a Director, CMS Stablecoin Product Development to lead the strategy, product definition, and end-to-end delivery of stablecoin-enabled capabilities for prefunding and payouts within the Commercial & Money Movement Solutions organization. This role involves product strategy, build, partner ecosystem development, scaling, and commercialization, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring stablecoin products to global adoption while ensuring safety, compliance, and commercial impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and prioritize new opportunities across Web3, digital assets, and programmable payments. Define and evolve CMS’s stablecoin product strategy across prefunding and payouts.
  2. Define commercial models, outlook on revenue opportunity, and time to revenue within use cases and proposed solutions.
  3. Oversee development of stablecoin-enabled CMS capabilities for money movement, ensuring clarity of requirements, readiness, safety, and path to GA milestones.
  4. End-to-end design, governance, and optimization of prefunding, payouts, and settlement workflows for CMS stablecoins.
  5. Lead with customer-centric mindset and bring propositions to customers for feedback and co-design.
