What you'd actually do

  1. Overseeing a team of Energy Development Analysts, setting the standard for analytical rigor, process discipline, and professional growth
  2. Owning the development and refinement of economic models that underpin power origination and data center site pricing decisions
  3. Driving continuous improvement of due diligence workflows, pipeline management processes, and reporting mechanisms across the Energy Development team
  4. Overseeing the integrity and accuracy of Crusoe's data center opportunity pipeline, ensuring leadership has a reliable, real-time view of the project portfolio
  5. Supervising the creation of board-level presentations, project approval materials, and executive communications that translate analytical complexity into clear strategic recommendations
