What you'd actually do

  1. Lead global congress and campaign strategy for priority therapeutic areas and enterprise initiatives.
  2. Develop standardized congress and campaign playbooks, asset frameworks, and execution models.
  3. Partner with Therapeutic Area Communications and Medical Affairs to shape scientific and narrative strategy for major congresses.
  4. Coordinate with HUB capabilities to deliver integrated media, digital, issues, and measurement support.
  5. Enable markets with adaptable toolkits and guidance to ensure consistent and compliant execution.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in communications, campaigns, or external engagement
  • Demonstrated experience leading global congress or large-scale campaign programs
  • Strong understanding of scientific, medical, and policy-adjacent communications environments
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across regions
  • Strong influencing, planning, and execution capabilities
