What you'd actually do

  1. Lead construction front end planning activities for mission-critical OCI data center projects
  2. Drive construction project planning, technical due diligence, entitlement coordination, and participate in development strategy
  3. Partner with internal Lines of Business (LOBs), engineering teams, and executive stakeholders
  4. Manage relationships with general contractors, consultants, utilities, and development partners
  5. Drive budgeting, schedule management, and risk mitigation activities

Skills

Required

  • Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience managing mission-critical infrastructure or data center development projects
  • Strong background in hyperscale data center pre-construction and facilities development or related discipline
  • Experience managing large-scale capital construction programs across multiple sites
  • Demonstrated leadership experience working with general contractors and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of development lifecycle, permitting, utilities, and construction delivery processes
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and organizational leadership skills
