Director, Consulting Alliances

This role focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with global and regional consulting and SI partners to drive the adoption and delivery of Legora's AI-native legal workspace. The Director will develop go-to-market plans, enable partners, track pipeline, and provide market feedback to inform product and GTM decisions. The company is scaling rapidly with over $100M+ ARR.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of global and regional consulting and SI partners, building trusted relationships from practice leads to alliance executives.
  2. Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including account mapping, pipeline generation, and co-sell motions with Legora's sales team.
  3. Work with partners to define how they position, sell, and deliver Legora to their clients - and make sure they have what they need to do it well.
  4. Drive partner enablement, keeping firms current as Legora's product evolves.
  5. Track pipeline health, run business reviews, and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development at an enterprise SaaS or AI company
  • Firsthand experience with how major consulting firms or GSIs operate
  • Experience building a partner program
  • Good commercial judgment
  • Ability to run multiple things at once
  • Strong communication across levels
  • Comfort with a product that ships fast
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Nice to have

  • Background in legal tech, professional services, or experience selling into law firms or in-house legal teams
  • Familiarity with AI products and how to position them to buyers who are cautious about risk and care a lot about accuracy
  • Experience as an early hire on a partner team that scaled
