This role is for a Director of Content Marketing at Unity, a company focused on creating immersive experiences. The position involves leading marketing efforts, spearheading content initiatives, and elevating brand presence, particularly by leveraging AI in content creation and distribution. The candidate will develop and execute content strategies, identify key themes, utilize data analytics, and oversee content production across various formats. What you'd actually do

  1. Be a trusted partner and advisor to company wide leadership across our Ads and SaaS (Game Development, Industry) businesses
  2. Define unique Content strategies for integrated marketing and demand generation campaigns in partnership with your peers in Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing
  3. Collaborate with Comms, Brand Studio, and other marketing teams to align content with key campaigns.
  4. Identify key themes and topics that engage our audience, leveraging market research and user insights.
  5. Explore and implement AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation, personalization, and distribution efficiency.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in content marketing
  • at least three (3) years in the gaming industry
  • Understanding of demand generation campaigns
  • experience creating content strategy in line with such campaigns, and executing at scale
  • Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies for content creation and marketing optimization.
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and audience preferences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficient in content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to learn with changing times and new frontiers of marketing.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams
