This leader will own product engineering, architecture, execution, and operations while building a high-performing organization across distributed systems, data platforms, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy and roadmap for Oracle’s Digital Twin platform.
- Lead the development of scalable services for digital models, telemetry, state management, relationships, simulation, and real-time analytics.
- Build AI agents that reason over twin data, enterprise knowledge, telemetry, and operational systems to investigate, recommend, and automate actions.
- Establish reusable capabilities for RAG, graph-based retrieval, agent orchestration, tool use, memory, evaluation, and human approval.
- Ensure AI-driven actions are secure, explainable, auditable, and governed by appropriate controls.
- Own architecture, reliability, performance, security, cost, and operational readiness for the platform.
- Partner with product management, applied science, design, OCI teams, and customers to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities.
- Recruit, develop, and lead engineering managers, architects, AI engineers, and software engineers.
- Drive strong engineering practices across design, development, testing, deployment, observability, and incident management.
- Remain technically engaged in architecture reviews, critical design decisions, customer discussions, and production incidents.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams and managers.
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed cloud platforms.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, data platforms, APIs, databases, networking, and cloud architecture.
- Experience delivering products involving generative AI, machine learning, RAG, AI agents, or agentic orchestration.
- Familiarity with graph systems, vector search, event streaming, time-series data, simulation, or digital twin technologies.
- Experience taking complex products from concept through production and enterprise adoption.
- Strong product judgment, customer focus, and ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital twins, IoT, industrial systems, cloud operations, or simulation platforms.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OCI Generative AI Agents, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, agent evaluation, model monitoring, AI governance, and responsible AI.
- Experience applying AI agents to root-cause analysis, predictive maintenance, optimization, incident response, or automated remediation.
- Experience with OCI, Oracle Database, Kubernetes, graph databases, streaming platforms, or vector databases.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $169,800 to $355,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
