Director of Account Management for Adobe's Digital Media (DMe) Corporate Segment in North America. This leader will oversee a team of managers and Account Managers responsible for a significant share of Adobe’s DMe revenue. The role involves shaping how Adobe engages customers using innovations in GenAI, Creative Productivity, and Document Cloud.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coach managers and AMs on core sales disciplines and enterprise selling excellence
  2. Set clear performance expectations, enforce accountability, and run disciplined inspection cadences (1:1s, forecast reviews, QBRs)
  3. Lead teams to deliver quarterly revenue, growth, and retention targets
  4. Inspect pipeline and forecast with precision while proactively addressing risks and gaps
  5. Partner across SC, BDR, and cross-cloud teams to drive cohesive account strategies
